Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of the DPAI CLI and the Dual Path Intelligence gateway.

Last updated 2026

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or running DPAI ("the software"), or by connecting it to the Dual Path Intelligence gateway ("the gateway"), you agree to these terms. If you're using DPAI on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing for that organization as well.

2. The software

DPAI is a terminal coding agent distributed as a binary and as source. Whitelabelled builds produced with the whitelabel pipeline are governed by whatever agreement exists between the whitelabelling party (e.g. an MSP) and their end customers — Dual Path Intelligence is not a party to those downstream agreements.

3. The gateway

The gateway routes model requests to third-party model providers on your behalf, applies budget and access policy, and provides failover. Your use of any given model is also subject to that model provider's own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, output, or behavior of third-party models.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use DPAI to violate applicable law, to circumvent a gateway lock you don't control, to attempt unauthorized access to systems, or to generate content that violates the acceptable use policy of the underlying model provider.

5. No warranty

The software and gateway are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use of an agent that can execute shell commands on your behalf carries inherent risk — review its output before trusting it.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dual Path Intelligence will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the software or gateway.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
